I am a MOM again. A Man On a Mission (or would that be MOAN). By the looks of my “Middle Aged Male Baby Bump” MAMBB, it appears the MOM acronym is more accurate, even if it brings a moan.
That being said, it is time for me to hit the travel circuit and to see what I can experience. Starting off in the ‘Most Dangerous Capital in the World’ to others around the world, Washington DC, then going to Brazil to spend time with clowns in the Favela’s working on women empowerment, and empowering others while I am there. Africa will be with children, the Bush People of Botswana, who know me as, ‘The Man of the Stars’ and Zambia to see what progress is being made with gifts and tools left behind. Finishing with my annual Bulgarian Berserk visit.
The last few months, have been spent preparing for the next 3 months. Having dislocated my shoulder twice in 2018, once climbing stone fence in Kinvara, Ireland to catch the rising moon over Dunguaire Castle, and then again, falling in a ditch lit only by the Milkyway in the Seychelles, and dislocating the shoulder again along with two fingers, in that fall, and gimpy ankle from a fall off a curb in Valparso, Chile.
To prepare physically and mentally for this mission, I needed the help and resources of various secret entities, due to patient confidentiality rules. One CSI, not to be confused with Crime Scene Investigators, and the other MAD, I cannot divulge the rest of their name. Assisted as needed. CSI disguised as a counseling service and MAD In between homes and a chocolate factory. With a highly trained security guard disguised as a retired woman of leisure.
Having taken secret internal video, you can see the rigors of my workout as I prepared for this mission. Hot wax hand treatment for the damage fingers, near freezing jacuzzi for my ankle, and strenuous, super hero like exercises to regain shoulder strength, well enough strength to hold my weapon of choice, a camera.
