Having ordered a chocolate mousse daubs, on crumbs of chocolate chips biscuits, with a scoop of raspberry sherbet and coffee, I had anticipated it would be topped with Cherries and cream or whipped cream. But that is not how they do it Resto Bar l’Océan, they topped my dessert with whipped clouds of orange, strawberry and lemon, on a sea of blue. French panache.
It was a most delightful dessert and sunset, as I prepare for tomorrows Strawberry Moon
I think we will go back tomorrow night, for another nice meal and dessert ambience.
