Table for 1: Simple Sandwiches
In isolation: I need to work with what I have in the kitchen, no running to the store. With eggs and olives on hand and a bit of an apatite, two sandwiches will do.
Todays Menu:
Egg Salad Sandwich, on Bimbo brown bread with a bed of lettuce. Topped with a baby Gherkin.
Chopped Black Olive Sandwich, on Burger Bun, with a bed of lettuce and a Mickey Mouse Vine-Tomato.
Beverage: Lemonade, (Lemon Juice, Water and honey for sweetening)
