Table for 1: Brunch time, where I grew up on Sundays we would combine breakfast and lunch and have brunch.
For this Sunday I opted for:
A succulent pan flamed Brazilian Beef filet served on a bed of caramelized onions on toast, resting between two easy over eggs, accompanied by pineapple segments
Otherwise known as Steak and Eggs on Toast.
(Note: It is wise to have a fire extinguisher nearby)
