A Night’s Respite
A bear’s paw grasps the Sun,
lowering it gently into the night.
No spectacular colors to show bright,
as Sun’s dimming light,
caresses upon rock, sand and sea, a gentle sight.
Enough to bring a bit of delight
to the bird’s flight.
