Full Moon night, so I had hoped for it to rise above city, river and bridge. I awaited looking to the bridge, as boats went with the flow and the birds took flight. But the cover of cloud kept moon glow and light at bay.
As the sails were drawn and boats went to dock, and birds stayed in flock, it was time to go by my clock.
Stopping for dinner at a restaurant at the bridge, at the edge of the bay, I ate, musing how nice the moon would have looked, had it been seen.
It was, as I was just finishing my just desserts, when I saw a bit of dispersed light, coming through what looked like muslin clouds. As the combination of flannel and muslin clouds moved upon the sky, the moon came out to play “Hide and Go Seek” and so we did, as I tried to capture the moon between clouds, bridge and lights, it made for quite of sight.
As should a full moon be, even the graffiti on the wall had a bit or romance for all, this night.
