Portugal is an eclectic country a mix of this and that, and even Easter can be found mixed with Spring time rituals of yore, like the Queima do Judas, Where the pagan ritual of burning a figure in effigy, to end the Winter and bring in the Spring is celebrated, with a community effort of comedy, song and acrobatics.
As tradition would have it, the celestial clock of the seasons, the Moon, made a full appearance. Providing me with the challenge of catching the moon with the celebration, without tripping over wires and other hazards of a night time show.
