“One wonders as they wander throughout one’s life journey dreaming dreams possible, impossible. My journey begins with places uncommon and not visited by mass tourist travelling across the oceans and continents, across one time zone to another, from darkness to light and light again.

When you see the blues, greens, whites, blacks all merging to meet the ocean. A clear sky with the rainbow in sight welcomes you to the evening in Cascias, Portugal. The suns moving down starts a light show in the sky, as new lights shine from the lighthouse, the stars blinking yet twinkling in the sky, the moon slowly and silently peeping from behind the clouds, as if hiding, from making its appearance off and on within the movement of the clouds.

Passer-by’s witnessing the silence of light reflecting upon the waves of noise, rushing to and then back to sea, with the gusty winds, giving the trees a wistful breath.

While I had imagined, I never thought I would experience this sight, this point of view. Happy to catch such a mesmerising scenic silent beauty of the sky, beyond what I could imagine, now real.

Here I stand on the land with the green brightened castle to my side. For a significant period of time I observed the skies, land and sea and the trees that surrounded us all. I pondered for some more time to realise how we humans each one of us gathered here go on with life, counting the blessing and gifts to us especially the form of dreams…that we dream… and how wonderful to see some dreams come true and they come true because they are meant to be, and to my dreams were added wings to dream further and look forward to them…

It is such an awesome experience that I have decided to believe in dreams and believe in them because there are so many people who in one way or the other aid in getting them to come to reality. Just as my being here and taking pictures is no miracle it is with the help of so many people who are well-wishers and some of them are close to my heart who will remain so till the end…we all take away something or the other from every journey we make…I take away with me love and value for every fellow traveller who crosses roads with me.
