Home Alone, for Christmas and I don’t even have a home, c’est la vie. Looks like everyone has checked out for the holidays except for me. I bought sufficient foods, so I will not starve and will make one of my favourite meals on Christmas.
In the meantime, I did have a marbled steak with Roquefort dressing with potatoes and string beans and jello/jelly fruit salad.
I did find my prawns/scampi/Camaros, and had a dinner of prawns sautéed in feta cheese on a bed of spiced cous cous with fruit and vegetable salad. And Shrimp Salad with fruit and bread.
So despite being solo, I will keep myself entertained and avoid starvation. For all of you I wish you all a very Happy Christmas, Solstice, Hanukah, and all days thereafter.
