Milford Movement in Motion, from glacial speed to artificial speeds things are always moving from Milford Sound to LakeTe Anau, from the morning’s rise to the movements of the moon rise, there is no rest for land, ice, rain, clouds, animal or machine. The movement of living and machine is limited to a small window of time, while glacial movements open the fjord’s window increments at a time, over millions to billions of years.
Rainbows last but seconds but their gold is in their memories as long as one can remember or photos can keep. Discovery of Milford, preceded Westerners who claim it, but by Maori’s who interacted with it. Now animals, weather, and man all move within it’s confines.
