In the USA we seem to believe we are more progressive than other countries, especially when it comes to gun rights and the right to bare arms. Well I am finding that other countries have gone well beyond what the USA has. In Paraguay they apparently have the right to bare more than just there arms, to the point where it appears they have the right to bare all. Making the whole open carry issue mute, there is nowhere to conceal. That being said they still practice guns safety, as you can see this gun owner baring her rights and gun are safely kept locked behind a fence. Note her intelligence by the size of her large round glasses. She knows the difference between Bare and bear arms but she elects the bare option, very revealing.
