No Shoes on these Fishermen with Yachts beyond them: Cuba has its contrast. A man fishing from a small boat and another from the shore, surrounded by large yachts. The large yachts are not Cuban, but are there by agreement with a Yacht Club to provide moorage and schooling for non-Cubans. The local Cubans are kept separate and limited to small boat and shore fishing.
