With fish being a popular, if not ritual Friday night meal. I was joined by my raw fish loving friend GollumWe agreed on smoked salmon, for this nights meal.Smoked Salmon Salad, with Garlic and Cheese Burger Buns On a bed of hand torn lettuce, sliced vine tomatoes, segments of hard boiled eggs, tart quarters of granny smith green apples, mixed with thin slices of Salmon, mixed to perfections and toped with a Mediterranean vinaigrette dressing. With lemon wedges on bowl’s rim, and surrounded by garlicked, melted cheese burger buns. Salmon salad with cheesy garlic bread.
