Okay everyone put on your snow shoes and swim suits. Bring your sand bucket, ice pick and carrot, it’s the time and place to build a sand castle, carve an ice sculpture and make one last snowman before high-tide and high-noon. The ice cubes are about the size of a small car and the blackened sands are volcanic. Looked a bit like diamonds on a bed of coal at first siting.
